Mobile Tracking Settings

How to enable or disable mobile tracking on your multi-lens camera

Operation Method 1

  1. On the real-time preview screen of the device, find the "Mobile Tracking" button.

  2. Click the "Mobile Tracking Switch" again to turn off or turn on the mobile tracking settings.

Operation Method 2

  1. In the upper left corner of the real-time preview screen of the device, click Settings → Advanced Settings.

  2. Click the "Mobile Tracking Switch" to turn it off or on.

Friendly Reminder:

  1. Not all devices support mobile tracking. This function can only be set on the app side if the device side supports it.

  2. Humanoid detection and mobile tracking simultaneous startup is not supported. You can only choose one of the two.
