Mobile tracking settings

How to enable or disable mobile tracking on your camera device

Operation method 1

  1. On the real-time preview screen, find the "Mobile Tracking" button.

  2. Click the "Mobile Tracking Switch" to turn it off or on.

Operation method 2

  1. In the upper left corner, click Settings - Advanced Settings.

  2. Click the "Mobile Tracking Switch" to turn it off or on.

Friendly Reminder:

  1. Not all devices support mobile tracking. This function is only available if the device supports it.
  2. Humanoid detection and mobile tracking simultaneous startup is not supported. Please choose one of them.
