Steps to change your app login password

Here are the specific steps to change your app login password:

  1. On the app login page, click the "Forgot Password" option.

  2. Enter the mobile phone number or email address you used to register and click Confirm/Next.

  3. Get a verification code or receive a link via email and click Confirm.

  4. Within 30 minutes, verify using the verification code or link you received.

  5. Enter a new password, making sure it is between 8 and 64 characters long and contains uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols.

  6. Click Confirm to save the new password.

  7. Go back to the login page and simply log in with your new password.
